If you look in the background of this picture you will see what appears to be an enormous harlequin "statue". Knowing the lore of the eldar, very rarely are statues just a statue....
Possible?

Aren't there guardians of the black library that support the harlequins now and again?

I'd go with those "terrifying sentinels" being titans, or wraithwhatevers of any size. Vague wording to support putting whatever you want to add to your harles no doubt.

There is a wraithlord underneath it for size comparison. I'm not looking for justification as I've already started building one like every other home built emperor class titan.
I'm also aware it'll be completely house ruled but I'm fine with that. I never go into any game with harlequins to win, it's about the fun and the whims of the laughing god.

I'd probably suggest this is just a statue. Knowing the Lore of the Eldar, they are very keen on architecture and sculptures and some Eldar dedicate their lives to making statues of their gods and heroes of myth. Read Path of the Warrior for an example, the main character was a Sculpture before he was a Aspect Warrior. Eldar regularly create giant sculptures of their heroes of Myth and Legends, and if we are to assume Harlequins are on the defensive here (due to the Statues pose and how the Harlequins are charging from the statue) then we could also assume the statue is part of a Harlequin...temple?
If you want to make something big I would suggest a Harlequin Wraithknight. I remember some old fluff about Harlequin Wraithlords being called Marionettes and that instead of Spirit stones they were animated by the Laughing God pulling their strings like puppets. You could make a massive one of them. Plus the Wraithknight lends itself well to a Harlequin Paint scheme.

Makes sense as well and I think that's just as possible even more likely as the battle may be at the black library itself (if not... there'd be no reason for a Harlequin statue as such anywhere else?)
I have every intention to run harlequin themed wraithlord/knights and phantom titans as well. I'm just entertaining the possibility of one exsisting for events after 995.m41 "Cegorach's War"

I don't really see any reason why they wouldn't have Titans of some form. If they already have the Bone Singers to produce all their weapons anyway, why not have some capable of growing some form of Titan.

Beautiful army, would love to see a Titan. Has any ever be mentioned in the novels? Maybe Andy Chambers?

Titans are huge and would require a gigantic logistical and support train, and they don't fit through many webway portals terribly well, and really don't fit in with the style of warfare the Harlequins engage in. They're effectively commandos and infiltrators, not shock troops engaging in frontal assaults on large conventional defenses.
I'd imagine the picture is more generally propaganda imagery, "cool factor" stuff, rather than any sort of large military construct. Perhaps some sort of illusion or psychic manifestation, but probably not a physical battle unit.

The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts. |

I haven't read anything yet confirming OR denying the existence of one. There's alot of unwritten areas regarding harlequins which is probably why I'm very adamant about there at least being a possibility for one.

I don't imagine that eldar based titans require the same logistical needs as imperial one's. The efficient and aesthetic nature of the eldar during the height of their power would probably have taken care of alot of that. I also agree, they'd have limited planet bound portals to emerge from but as far as " not fitting through many of them" I wouldn't be able to agree with that considering the unknowns about the webway and how many allow massive eldar ships to come in and out of it into space. Who knows, it is a good point tho.
I've also heard the arguement for it being an illusion as well before and I agree that may be possible as well. I'm not here to knock down the possibilities... my point is also solely based on possibility.
I also wouldn't classify them yet as solely commandos based on the lore for the future yet to come found in the Harlequins codex, which hints at things like "unprecedented numbers" and destroying large armies, fighting alongside CW Eldar and Dark Eldar "on a truly apocalyptic scale"
