Ok so this probably isn't that competitive but the objective of the list is to make banshees useable, and useable without a wave serpent. Eldrad is the warlord so D3 units getting scout to get the banshees up the field faster (although do they really need it with 9" run and +3" to charge?). Also with a Avatar is there to superpower them (each getting 4 S4 AP3 attacks on the charge is seriously dangerous).
Seer council can hopefully spam enough psychic shenanigans (eldrads rolling on telepathy for invisibility) to keep things alive, also that's a lot of attacks with witchblades if the avatar survives. Kind of annoying that the core farseer can't be upgraded to a seer council so he's just kind of surplus to requirements at the cost of another hornet, or if he joins the council does he benefit from their rules?
Hornets gain outflank, may re-roll failed reserves, and can re-roll where they show up so they're pretty fantastic.
Although the falcon is all by his lonesome I suspect he won't draw that much fire with so many banshees to deal with, so he's got a decent chance of delivering his fire dragon payload.
I guess this list is pretty reliant on going first to cast enough psychic powers to stay alive. What do you guys think?
