I've been playing around with list ideas for Necrons lately trying to get the benefit of running both the Reclamation Legion for the 4+ RP and Destroyer Cult because I like Destroyers. My main Necron force is 13AV armor wall with Orikan, a Destroyer Lord, and Lychguard Shield and Sword death star in a Night Scythe. I'd like to keep something like that in the Decursion but so far I can't build something I like. The list I feel like is lacking fire power compared to the 13 AV one. If any one has an suggestions or combos that I might just be over looking feel free to let me know because I want to try something new with this army.

Honestly, you can run just about anything alongside a maxed out destroyer cult in a decurion and your army will be fine. Plop a heavy destroyer in every destroyer unit, and bring each unit up to its max size.

In your decurion, bring a unit of 20 warriors, put your destroyer lord in there, and possibly your overlord. Now you have giant pissed off blob of necron warriors that will never die and has preferred enemy. It will be able to take out enemy fliers and probably even scare superheavies and gargantuans.

I ran a list with a tranny c'an, doomsday cannons/annihilation barges and a bunch of dudes on foot alongside a destoyer cult. It was a horrible tabling for the opponent. The destroyer cult will be your firepower, they WILL hit, and they re-roll wounds and armor pen. You're going to feel bad with how many re-rolls they get!
Oh, I also ran max MSU tomb blades with gauss and +3 armor as well. it was a pretty mobile army for a necron force that didn't have any ghost arks. Enough shooting to force moral checks on just about every unit on the table (if not force them to jink) and your warlord is in a giant 20 man fearless preferred enemy pissed off double warscythe warrior squad.
