Evening, I posted a list on here yesterday just using a tooled up Ghost but I have been advices that with a few extra models I can do a better starter list.

From the 2 lists below what would be better for a starting pilot?

I'd go with the Rebel list, its a little more sturdy and forgiving, TIE's can be awesome but swarms can be tricky to fly for a newer player, bumping and losing an action can be death for TIE's

Thank you I liked the look of the rebels list but was given the tie list as an extra source of play but I think I will stick with the rebel list for now

Agreed. I've started flying a basic 8-TIE swarm recently and I swear it's done more for my play than any amount of flying boost/barrel roll PS9 shenanigans.
