Hey y'all I'm just getting back into the painting aspect of the hobby and was wondering if anyone has come up with a cool 30k ish scheme for the SW that isn't too difficult to replicate for the inexperienced. Also I've been wondering about how to paint Fenrisian Wolves so that they aren't mono color.

Any suggestions and tips are greatly appreciated.

The main difference between 30 and 40K Wolves in terms of their armour is the shade/tone. You want to avoid the light grey/ice blue and go for a more muted, metallic iron colour. Some pictures:

Homebrew Chaos: The Black Suns; A Medrengard Militia (think Iron Warriors-centric Blood Pact/Sons of Sek)
