I have been messing around with a Corsair and allied Pale Courts Battlehost list. It's not meant to be super competitive, mostly fun. That being said I would still like for it to be fairly efficient and pack a bit of a punch. The fluffy premise behind the army is that the sky burners are a group of relic hunters that have allied with a small contingent of the Pale Court in order to both protect and loot ancient Eldar artifacts. Essentially preserving priceless heirlooms and sacred sites through a combination of greed and honor. I purposefully avoided including a wraithknight just for the sake of keeping things fairly friendly, but I have the spiders as my first line in case I run into some.

So here is the 1850 point List:

Prince and Autarch team up with shining spears. Hornets will outflank. Baron will go with Reavers. Most everything that can deepstrike will depending on the situation. The list has very little dedicated AA, so making room for a flyer probably wouldn't be a bad idea.

Love the inclusion of the shining spears boss! I would suggest finding points to bump up the hawks to 6 guys if you're going to run them. That large blast grenade pack can be clutch. Remember that the hawks get to 'vector strike' a flyer with haywire 'nades if they do it in moving, and they get to move 18" which is nuts, so that's a passive flyer defense as is. Thought the more the merrier with them, they go down hard and fast with 4+ armor, so ymmv.

Solid looking list though. I love the idea of reaver bands rocks haywire 'nades and double special weapons (blasters or fusion for me) and jetpacks.

I messed around with the list a bit more. I tired taking out the warp hunter and Fire Dragons with wave serpent. They are great units but they are both pretty heavy point sinks. My though was to replace them with an additional swooping hawks squad with 6 hawks, bump the other squadron to 6 hawks, bump each warp spider squad to 6 guys, and includ two fire prisms. One corsair and one craftworld. This brings the total points to 1849.

Another option is to just nix the fire dragons and include a hate bringers cortorie. Put a jetbike Baron and 3x Scatter laser Cloud Dancers in it. Then replace the fire dragons with a second unit of swooping hawks and bump both hawk squadrons up to 6 each. That comes to about 1842 pts.

I kind of like the second option more.

I do too as fire prisms, while EPIC are underwhelming for their points. I am working out a list with craftworld and corsairs now as well, but my list is for a GT and fitting in a WK a priority. Unfortunately, even though they are a bargain LoW, they are still by FAR the most expensive thing in the list lol closely followed by my favored 5 dark reapers w/both missiles. LOVE that unit.
