I just got a daemon prince model and have used that to catapult me into KDK. I have pretty much finished up my Admech/Skitarii and I am looking for a change.

Here is some info about where I play.

Id like to play in local tournaments, nothing like ITC or anything like that with this list but still fairly competitive.

My meta consists of Space Marines, tank heavy Guard, and Venom Spam DE. Sometimes Tau and Necrons.

The list is currently at 1882 points but I want to go up to 2000. Id like it to be a take all comers list but I have never played an army like KDK at all.

Here is what I have. The only thing is the Daemon Prince has to stay as I own the model.

if your meta is most marines maybe you should play 2 helldrakes i play 2 and find them durable and a pain in the ass for my opponents, but i also play a D thirster and not a DP when tournament let me i also play a chaos knight against marines is a good list, blood thite raise fast and you control easily table with 20-25 dogs 6 bikes, thirster+knight.

Marines is the smallest of the groups I play against surprisingly. I think one Heldrake would be fine. I was considering raptors or maybe just adding more dogs to the list.

i run a list with 1 helldrake 25 dogs and 9 bikes and it perform fine,but probably i will keep only 6 bikes and raise the hounds count to 30.

I love the speed of Khorne.

I run Bikes, Dogs, Maulerfiends, Thirsters, Juggerlords. Pretty much anything that moves 12".

I won a couple local tournies with them. The bloodpoints are a great way to bring in additional units and score late in the game.

My lists are normally

HQ - Juggerlord with bloodforge, aok, lightning claw, and sigil

2 units of letters with champions (Deepstriking)

Possessed in the Rhino

Gorepack
2 units of 3 bikes, 2 meltas
3 units of 5 hounds
1 unit of 10 hounds (bodyguard for Juggerlord)

D-thirster

The rest I take a mix of Lasherfiends and Phlemgrinders
