I've been experimenting with shooting-heavy Ork lists recently and was hoping to get some feedback! The main points I want to keep is the use of support HQ's, Shoota Boys, Warbikers and Defkoptas. I've heard a lot of good things about Lootas, and they look decent on paper. I've never played Orks before, and am pretty unfamiliar with their usual play styles besides bike deathstars.
General idea would be Shoota boyz advancing, Lootas in cover and bikes/ koptas in support, some possibly in reserve. The Big Mek might not be the best choice, but figured 6 twin linked BS3 shots and a bosspole to add to a Shoota squad wouldn't go amiss for a cheap HQ. Otherwise I'd go for a Painboy or Weirdboy.
EDIT: the one thing that does seem like a concern is the lack of AP2 (besides KMB's)/ anti AV-14.

Interesting lists.
Orks struggle with shooty lists. If they had higher BS, then they would be much more of a threat. Volume of fire helps, but Orks just don't put out nearly the same volume of attacks when shooting as compared to assaulting. And their armor isn't very strong, so they typically will be out-gunned by most units. Lootas, Deffkoptas and Mek Gunz usually earn their points back, but most other Ork shooting options will struggle.
I wouldn't recommend Da Dead Shiny Shoota. The negative side effects are kind of a problem. Instead, consider taking Da Finkin' Kap, and rolling on the Strategic Warlord table for an extra chance to Infiltrate your Boyz blobs. Since your Shoota boyz only have 18" range, and they're foot slogging, they will get shot up a lot on the way to get in range of the enemy. Might as well get them closer.
Anti-tank is hard to come by for Orks (outside of PK's), and AP2 shooting options are few. I would suggest Kustom Mega Kannons. They pack a punch, and they're cheap (points-wise). Only 30pts per KMK, and you can take 5 in a unit. I would also recommend you consider Tankbustas. They excel at taking down tanks due to their meltabombs, but also they pack Str8 AP3 rokkits. A minimum unit is 65 points, which is a real bargain. I like your choices for Deffkoptas and Warbikers. Twin linked shooting is very helpful for Orks. Plus both units benefit from 4+ armor, and Jink, which helps keep them in the game longer.
