Does anyone know of a manufacturer who produces 28mm (or close enough) harpoon guns?

Google hasn't helped me much, but I did find this by Fiendish Fabrications out of Australia, but unfortunately they don't seem to be in business any longer.




Those sort of guns would be perfect for a project I am working on. Does Reaper or anyone else make something equivalent?
