Hey guys,
I'm Doug, come from the UK. (Scotland)
I've decided to get back into WH after a lot of years absence! I used to play Epic with friends when i was younger, built up a 40K Eldar army but never got around to fielding them. Everything was sold years ago.
I've decided to run with the Wolves this time around, i like their structuring, solid troops in a scrap and can filed CC and shooters. I find painting them quite relaxing and aesthetically they're quite pleasing on the eye. Woof!
Army basics have arrived along with paint etc so looking forward to getting started once i clear some space out in the den!
Hopefully be along to my local GW in a few weeks for a little schooling!

Welcome to the Dakka. Space Wolves are a great army; I was going to use them as an alternative to my Chaos Space Marines because of that damned Warp Table throwing me off, until I found the Daemonkin. Very curious as to which paint scheme you are going with, the Space Wolves can get pretty interesting in the hands of different painters. Looking forward to your work.

Reasonably stock tbh. Got the chapter paint guide for reference but will probably do some subtle variations throughout the units.
4 Rune Priests to do so think i'll need to grab some greenstuff along the way!
