You can tell he's l33t haxxor by his edgy use of black text.
Also, pretty unremarkable video. Space Marine lacks any of the mind-boggling other stuff that can happen in some games, like CoD's "I threw a knife and it bounced off the geometry for three minutes before landing on and killing a camper" kills.
