I was wondering if anybody knew of models that could replace the bone sabers, as I think the models supplied look silly. My first instinct was to just replace it with bone swords but I was wondering if you guys knew of any third-party replacements or good looking kitbash/scratchbuild techniques.

I think Chapter House Studios sells some that look more organic, but I always thought they looked kind of lame. There used to be a ton of conversions using scything talons back in the day, but that was when there wasn't an actual model and again, they never looked quite right.

You could try finding some sheet plasticard and cutting out your own blades, that would be a fairly easy way to make something with your own style. If you want an easier path, see how the regular bone swords look. I can see what you mean, the sabers are a little too...saber looking.
