Hey,

Really loving the flavor of the newer White Scars formations and I'm also excited about the upcoming psychic powers for SM. Wanted to make a list that utilized both.

I think we're going to be rolling on Librarius for rerolls on all saves with the Khan semi star. 3++ rerollable is tough to kill when they also have FnP. 1/9x.66=.073

Basically it means if you have either your 3++ 3+ cover save or even just the armor save plus FnP (which is basically all the time) you'll letting 7% of the wounds they deal through. You also have 4 multi wound models to look out sir them to also. Tough little unit that is ap2 has rerollable hit and run on a 5, 12 grav shots, rerolls hits on dudes holding objectives and ignores cover.

The other big one in librarius I think is the +2strng +2t +2I +2 attacks. With a force axe this means they are striking @ strng 6 ap2 with 5 attacks base. Pretty scary for 1 wc.

-2 invuls power is already really fantastic utility with an army that is mostly ap2/ap1

I think the psyker wounding/losing a power ability is good utility too.

I hope the primaris is good and beam too, I'm sure it will be serviceable.

I'm 14 points over 1650, anyone got any suggestions on how to shave them off?

Anyways heres the list.

Keep in mind that you will only be able to cast 2 powers a turn. and the chances you will get the one you want are quite small.

Rerollable 3++ with a 5+ FNP is nice, but ultimately you could run the same thing IronHands and get rerollable 3++ with 2-3+ fnp.

At the end of the day though, with only 3 psykers here's what's gonna happen you'll roll the first guy on librarius, he'll get the beam, but you're playing eldar, 3+ lead 10 denying on 4+, useless, and the psyker mastery level test one, useless unless your other powers are crap. Guy number 2 rolls the exact same powers in the opposite order, guy number 3 rolls the +2 to stats one, not bad, not bad, then he rolls THE GOD DAMN USELESS BEAM POWER AGAIN BASTARD STUPID RANDOM PSYCHIC BULLGAK.

First turn you roll 1 for community dice throw 4 dice at the psyker damage power, roll double ones and he denies it easily. you through your other 3 dice at the psyker stat booster perils, 1, fail leadership, whole squad dies because they all fail their invuls AND their FNP.

The entire army is based off of scouting and alpha striking, Iron Hands can't do that.

Also the conclave squad needs to be able to hit and run off of combats when they want to.

The good thing about the librarius or fulmination trees is that most of the powers are good. Both primaris' are very useful, fists of lightning, the swap power, move 18'' and the haywire one is useful too.

Out of librarius again we like the primaris along with the +2 stat one, the veil of time, null zone, psychic scourge.

The statistics are give me a very high chance of rolling veil of time btw.

There are 6 powers and I get to roll 6 times.... I don't have the math on hand but I believe it's in the 70th percentile that I'll get it.

Also librarius generates powers on a 2+ if there are 3 librarians powering the storm. That's tough to beat even for psychic heavy armies.

I also have the option of placing one 12'' away and just letting him go +2+2+2 and channeling for 3+ on the others to get multiple powers. The flexibility of the squad is what is really killer.

3+ cover/invul with fnp is survivable enough without veil. That's the beauty of it,
