30k is cool because of the inherent balance of SM vs SM.
Would a Ork only event work ?

Should be a lot of fun as long as Burna Wagon spam is banned. Most of the Ork dex would be usable it would be a good mix of shooting, melee, and lots of explosions.

I'd love to see that. I was never a big space marine fan, so the HH stuff has never appealed so much too me. Not enough orks in it.

I was always a big fan of gorkamorka due to the Ork V Ork set up. Of course gorkamorka was kind of a 'watered down' ork race as they didn't have access to all the ork vehicles, but I woudnt have thoguht it would be too difficult to both that game or 40k as a full blown Ork V Ork set up. Could even do it as the different clans, as opposed to the chapters of HH.


I'd love to see a HH set up for orks, I always imagine that some where in the galaxy there would be an undiscovered orkonian empire, where might is right. Whole planets with nothing but orks and squig life.


I couldn't say for sure about balance- but I'm sure a HH style ork game would be a lot of fun.

It's a tip-top banging idea. As well as actual fights to decide who is Boss, you could do trukk racing, aerobatics in fighta-bommaz, and some Blud Bowl too, if you had some of the specialist games rules.

I like the idea.
With regards to side games the new Renegade ruleset could easily be adapted to cater for larger ork models. There are gentle rumours of this being the case but orks vs orks in a rockemsockemrobots arena would be cool.
