I like it, and its a concept that I have also been toying with (using Librarian Dreads for summoning, and cheap Inquisition psykers as batteries).

You might want a few more meat shields to accompany Karamazov, since he cannot easily hide (and does not have split fire); you could drop one Jokaero for a psyker and some acolytes.

That being said, how sold are you plans on Karamazov? You might consider Coteaz instead, or even a Xenos Inquisitor with a conversion beamer and servo skulls (which your drop pods will enjoy). This would give you a few more points for acolytes, possibly another Inquisition unit.
