Been browsing a lot and thought I would start posting. I live in
CA and got into
GW when I was a kid. Now that I am older and making some money I am getting back into the hobby and loving it! Maybe I am a little over eager- I bought two of the imperial renegade boxes, a full
DA army and some more tau units to go along with my old ones. I'm super excited and inspired to build stuff every day, although I am having a harder time getting into the painting aspect of this. I love reading exciting topics that help me get more into the
40k mindset. Looking forward to the new flyer stuff; although I hear some people are just going to wait for 7.5
BRB to come out. I wonder how long untill that happens? I'll probably end up getting the supplement and 2 or 3 of the new
SM flyer units for my
DA army. Also I am in love with the
40k terrain; it feels very involved with the theme of things and has so much detail in every section. I've put together 1 of the 2 pieces I got from the renegade knight sets. I might pick up the imperial sector though, I am not sure if it's the best value. I currently only play this game with my brother (necrons), although recently we got our mom building some space wolf units. We are still a few weeks away from playing an actual game.
