I prefer to digitally download my codex when getting a new army, and this is usually been no problem, but I just downloaded angels of death from black library and this one came out unreadable.
What program do you use to read digital codex on your phone? I have an HTC m9

For any ePubs under 100mb, I use Google Play Books. I upload the ePub file there and its accessible across my phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) or tablet (Nexus 7). I have my Ork Codex on there.
Anything over 100mb, I use FBReader.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."
This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.
