Describe "benefit". Do you mean would it clean him? In that case yes. Does a clean ork have benefits over a non clean ork? Probably not.

Their physiology is extremely robust allowing them to live in extreme environments including death worlds. Bad hygiene is less of a hazard for them as it is for humans. However Gashrakk da Flash likes to keep clean, I doubt it matters. If it became a fad in ork kultur and if a majority of orks begin to believe being shiny clean confers boons like more strength or better leadership it'll warp reality and actually happen.

I can imagine a lot of them being adverse to taking showers, if not just for the reason of "It'll make me dakkaz all slippy!"

If the fact that mould seems to love growing in showers is anything to go by, I expect Orks live in the ruddy things.
