Following the recent FAQ making an Executioner with Plasma sponsons as a buddy for Pask in a Punisher, I've had to make some slight adjustments to my list. I've played it once with rather disastrous results which I'm putting down to setting up badly and laughable rolls. I've only added in Ratlings to make up for the 50pts saved by swapping out the Executioner and to help with MCs . I could introduce a Primaris Psyker to the Vanquishers for Prescience instead of the Ratlings.

For the second tank commander squad I'd keep the vanquisher on the commander but take it off the second guy. Vanquishers are risky because one shot and it's guard bs so a miss and you lose a whole then if shooting. I'd go demolisher for good ol str 10 ap 2 large blast to make anything get in range cry.

Where is your AA?

3 Troops to capture at 1850 is perhaps a little light.

You are paying a lot of tax to get those 4 HQ tanks.

I don't play AM/IG, so I can't really say anything, but I would probably suggest freeing up a heavy support slot and replacing it with hydras. You may need some skyfire at 1850 pts

That's really all I can say...

Since you're taking 6 tanks anyway you'd probably benefit from the Steel Phalanx formation on its own, which would bring all your vanquishers to bs4 in most cases, plus give you a slightly better chance of survival with rerolling pen results.

To keep your CAD i'd maybe drop the ratlings and take a command squad with sniper rifles for all of 14 pts more, as it gives you access to ignores cover with your snipers and meltas.
