Death-Dealing Devastator

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to look at this post. I have been away from 40k since 5th and now have the time and money to get back in. Recently I traded some items, and sold some stuff on ebay, for the following -

3 blight drones
1 Nurgle sorcerer
2 sets of Death Guard termie conversion sets (total of ten heads/torsos/shoulder pads)
1 Mortarion
1 Calas Typhon
3 death gaurd conversion sets (30 spikey heads/torsos/shoulder pads for tactical marines)
1 set of 10 death guard spikey heads
1 Malcador with battle cannon
1 renegade command
3 renegade conversion sets (30 heads/torsos)
30ish Krieg infantry

So, is this a good start for an 1850 army?

Obviously I'll need to buy the tactical marines and termies boxed sets, and guard too....to make use of those conversion sets.
