Not sure where to post this but I'm trying to catch up on the new flyer rules and was wondering if they are usable without the supplement. Do you have to field them as these new formations or can you just bring in flyer like you normally could? New space marine flyer as snapshots at ground targets?

If you aren't playing the add-on then you aren't playing the add-on. It gives nice benefits for some aircraft if you use it from what I hear, though I doubt its worth the price tag. Its an expansion to the rules which replaces normal flyer rules if you use it thus the current BRB rules are still applicable. I play 30k so it has very little interest from me.
