So it seems the only time I'm ever interested in Marines is when Forge World do them. I was wondering if IA9 and 10 are still usable with the current C:SM and the Angels of Death supplement? If so I may start an Astral Claws army.

Short answer - not really.

Longer answer: They're written for 5th, and while there's update PDFs for 6th for some bits they're not complete and there's nothing for 7th.

You can have a 7th ed. Space Marine army led by Lugft Huron using Astral Claws Chapter Tactics, but their special lists in the IA books don't really work any more.

Thats a real shame, I hope those books get updated at some point.
