Drop 5 sternguard from each of the 2 task forces and get shield eternal on one of the captains, drop the second dev squad for a command squad with grav 2 SS and an apoc in a pod. Does the same thing, does nearly as much damage, is a million times more survivable. Fill in with combi meltas on a few of the sternguard.

Alternatively drop the second dev squad for a culexus in a pod. (255 pts exactly)
