Better?

First off, don't just copy paste from Battlescribe. If you do, you get the jumbled mess seen above. I usually build my list in Battlescribe, then write the list in my post separately so that things like whole profiles and special rules aren't included. Also I think posting stats and special rules is against the forum rules (but don't quote me on that ).

As for the list itself, I can think of many ways to improve it without changing the essence of it. First off, only one relic per character is allowed, so you should drop the foe smiter from the Company Master. Mace of redemption is good, so keep that. You should also probably drop one of the regular termie squads and put some special/heavy weapons on your PA squads, especially the Devastators. Devs without heavy weapons are no Devs at all. You should also look into transports for your squads or at least jump packs for your Assault squad.

Yes I was torn between this and running 5 drop pods for the normal Demi squads to be in. Which there's two pod now. I keep flipping back and forth between that and the Libby. I just love his buffs that's all. Not sure honestly. The devs are stripped because I honestly wanted an all terminator army which obviously with current rules you can't do that. And the current formation forces you to take devs and assaults etc. I was more or less treating them as just regular tacticals. But you Arnt wrong of course and I keep flipping back and forth on that one.

Yeah the little window doesn't even let me scroll up or down to edit. So I apologize again. I won't be sharing like that again. I swapped the foe smiter to the Libby. Since you have to pay for a storm bolter anyway so it ends up being he same adjusted cost. Feel free to post up any suggestions at all. I'm a brand new dark angel player so I'll probably play test all the ideas equally.

Oh also. Ignore the dread I forgot that was in there. I was toying with that instead of the drop pods. So just pretend I swapped that points list for drop pods for some of the Demi squads.

Yeah, I wouldn't 'up' posts either. That'll upset people fast.

As for the list, the lions blade is literally offering you nothing. You're paying a lot of points for a lot of podding dudes with no weapons to drop in and get slaughtered. Are you set on this kind of list? Have you though about the Ravenwing/deathwing combo? Take a Ravenwing strike force and a deathwing strike force. As many bikes as you can fit supported by dark shrouds. 12" scout plus 12" move plus 12" turbo boost will get you anywhere on the board. It also grants you a re rollable jink save whilst not forcing you to snap shoot. And using the formations together means your deathwing WILL arrive turn two, and all your bikes have teleport homers. I think it offers you more than the lions blade.

Yeah the only bonus the lions blade has is the full bs Overwatch. But yes it forces you to take a Demi which is annoying I agree. No I'm not necissarily set on the lions blade. The full bs Overwatch is what made me like it but not im not sold on it. I know I really liked the terminators. That had more to do with money. Because a point spendy army is cheaper to purchase in some cases than a horde type. You get the picture. But I'll have a look at my codex tonight when I get home and see. Thanks.

The other benefit tho of the Demi is that they are all scoring. Not sure what your take on that is.
