Just played my first game of renegade and totally fell in love with it. 40k meets X-wing meets Battletech? Why yes, yes I do love this game.

But alas, there is room for improvement in my gaming experience here, like custom knight-titan character sheets and tokens for chosen actions in a turn. Does anyone know if the community has already cooked up tools to bring glory to the emperor, and also assist in play of this most excellent game?

I believe a previous game had the same damage sheets and rules for the tau stormsurge. You could likely implement it as well.
