Feels like it can avoid or engage as necessary. Just like the idea of a combat elf army all on jetbikes. (I love Eldar jetbikes) and it has a ton of jink, and 9 rolls at shrouding and plenty of skilled rider / reroll jink. I'll usually get invis too. Allowing my Seercouncil to be invis and hopefully apply the army as one massive 48" moving ap2/3 combat thing. Could be semi competitive???
