Here's an interesting thought experiment of a list. Lots of MSU plus a DroneStar incorporating the new formation buffs and debuffs as well as artefacts. Probably not a 5 round GT winning list, but it looks fun and challenging to play and could be strong if played well.

All units in combat with the DroneStar are -1 T due to Grotti and possibly an additional -1 T and S if they fail a leadership test (at -1 thanks to the Doomsday Bell. Upon passing a leadership test the entirety of the DroneStar gets +3 attacks meaning the Heralds can put in serious work with S6 AP2 poison attacks from Greater Aetherblades. If either of the Heralds rolls Iron Arm they will swap out for Baleswords for ID and even more damage output. The Drones themselves dish out 6-7 poison 3+ attacks each as well upon a successful Ld test. This blob screens the rest of the army while the Nurglings and Beasts run around corrupting objectives. 2 Ob sec units there to make it even more annoying to uncorrupt objectives from my control. Fateweaver ensures Im getting the most out of the warpstorm between his reroll and +/-1 from the Incursion as well as making sure the grimoire goes off.

I'm surprised no one else has commented on this yet. I really like the look of this list and would love to know how it went if you played it? I've got so many ideas floating around in my head at the moment for Nurgle Incursions it's good to see some other ideas.
