Is there any in 30k? Looking to do a XX Legion list with lots of outflanking, a bit of Deepstrike and some normal reserves but can't see a way to help with reliability. Do options exist?

IIRC there is both a rhino and a land raider that can do just this, as well as more than a few characters/Warlord traits.

Veteran Inquisitor with Xenos Alliances

There is the Damocles Command Rhino and the Land Raider Proteus. On the Proteus the Explorator Augury Web maybe taken as an upgrade to give it scout and chosen before any reserve rolls are made to either negatively impact your opponents reserve roll that turn or to allow you to re-roll yours. The Damocles Command Rhino is a +/-1 on Reserve rolls.
The strategic warlord trait "Divide and conquer" is a -1 to enemy reserve rolls.
The Alpha Legion RoW "Coils of the Hydra" also confer a -1 to enemy reserve rolls.

Also (I guess) air superiority. Death From The Skies replaces the core 40k flyer rules, so (formations aside) should logically applyto Age of Darkness games too.

DFTS is pretty crap but it doesnt matter anyway since forgeworld didnt update the flyers with the new stat lines.
