Hi Everyone,

So I'm thinking of expanding my Tau collection. I've not any of the new stuff from the previous update and so I would like some advice on what to add. Here is a collection of what I own Tau wise:

Commander Farsight
Commander Shadowsun
Commander in Crisis suit
Cadre Fireblade
Darkstrider

24 Fire Warriors (Pulse Rifles)
20 Pathfinders
40 Kroot

7 Crisis suits with dual fusion blasters
3 Crisis suits with dual plasma rifles
3 Crisis suits with fusion blaster & plasma blasters
1 Crisis suit with dual missile pods

2 Riptides (Ion accelerator or HBC)

1 R'Varna suit with pulse submunition cannons

8 Broadsides, all with HYMP & SMS

3 Stealth suits with burst cannons

3 Hazard suits with phased ion guns

Hammerhead tank with heavy rail gun (can be used as a Skyray)

2 Remora Drones

Not to mention all the drones I have also to go with the above.

So my question is in regards to what I should buy to expand upon this. Should I get a Ghostkeel suit? Stormsurge? or should I get some more fire warriors to make breacher squads with a SMS turret? I'm also think of getting Crisis suits but give them cyclic ion blasters.

What are other peoples experiences with the new units but also the new formations.

Ghostkeels are great for use in the Optimized Stealth Cadre, a very popular formation that involves +2 cover saves when units are close together and always hitting the rear armor of vehicles. Stormsurges are great in general and most Tau lists I've seen include at least one, with very aggressive play being a popular choice, using the D weapon at 10" ranges and moving up the board to get into said range.
