My wife and I have always been big on donations to St. Judes Childrens hospital, and now that I've entered the shallow end of the kiddie pool of commission painting with Baphominiatures, I wanted to start off
by doing something to help in a larger manner. So thanks to a really good discount from Frontline Gaming and 100% of the bases being donated from Secret Weapon Miniatures, I'm able to paint up
an entire Chaos Daemon army to be raffled off, with 100% of the proceeds going to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

The raffle will be held from July 1st-16th. Every $5 donation to our St. Judes page enters your name into the raffle (multiple donations = multiple chances; Please donate!). The official army list is designed for the Infernal Tetrad and a CAD, with extras for summoning or regular play. The list
is as follows:

Chaos Daemon Prince: Nurgle Completed!
Chaos Daemon Prince: Khorne Completed!
Chaos Daemon Prince: Slaanesh Completed!
Chaos Daemon Prince: Tzeentch Completed!

Bloodthirster of Insensate Rage Completed!

10x Plague Bearers Completed!
10x Bloodletters Completed!
10x Daemonettes Completed
10x Pink Horrors Completed!
6x Blood Crushers Completed!
6x Screamers
Completed!

Be'lakor Completed!

The drawing will be held on Sunday, July 17th. The army will be shipped anywhere in the world free of charge to the winner. In the US it will be shipped 2-3 USPS Priority Mail, Internationally it will vary but will be quick!

Normally I dont try to promote my stuff too hard, but in this case, PLEASE start letting people know. Subscribe to this thread for updates, St. Judes means a lot to a lot of people and the WH40k/AoS community is famous
for its generosity, so I hope this can generate a lot of donations.

Today marks the first day of work on the army. Most all of it (including bases) has yet to arrive from California, but I picked up the Plaguebearers and Bloodcrushers locally. Therefore, I was able to start the work and got the Plaguebearers mostly
done.

Look at these cute fellas:

More updates to follow soon. Thanks for your time!

All the Daemon Princes will have some work done on them to make them look the part, in addition to the appropriate bases for each one.

Today I worked to establish the Khorne paint scheme. I wanted to get something a little different but unquestionably Khorne, what do you guys think?

Solid progress today on the other 6 Bloodcrushers, a surprising amount of colors involved.

Absolutely, Im going to ship anywhere in the world. I know St. Judes is obviously an American children's hospital, but I think they are international known for the care they give.

Wow! Those blood crushers look amazing! It's super dope that you're doing this, this is a very unique form of charity

I feel like its a great way of getting more donated. If I had just donated the cost of the army, it wouldnt be nearly as much as the raffle (hopefully) brings in for them. The time involved is a nonfactor.

Thanks, I have always loved those models, they are fun to paint!

Contemplating the idea of a special one miniature raffle for larger donors, although Im not 100% sure what to go with.

The idea being any donor of $50 or more will get their 10 entries into the Chaos Army Raffle, but also into the more exclusive raffle. It's even more motivation to donate what you can and really make the event a success.

Maybe Bel'Lakor? He is competitive, chaos undivided (So perhaps a wider appeal), and a very special model. Just the first guy that comes to mind when you say this. Thoughts?

That's not a bad idea actually, I was thinking something like that or a LoC/Fateweaver.

FW models would have been cool too but I don't wish to wait that long for one to arrive.

Just try to donate $5 for a chance to win when the raffle opens, if you can.

Happy to hear it, they are awesome models to paint.

JustaerinAtTheWall wrote:Truly a noble cause... for chaos. Wish I had the money to bid on this.

Keep in mind its not going to be an auction, for every $5 you're able to donate on the St. Judes page you get your name put in the raffle. Even a small donation gets you a chance.

Not as fast today since I do still work full time, but finished up these Bloodletters.

Got Be'lakor in the mail, side raffle is good to go.

Working a lot this week, but got the Daemonettes assembled.

Trying to get as much built as I can so I can binge paint towards the weekend.

Slaanesh makes his appearance.

I found that I had 'painted myself into a corner'. Im glad I went with the direction I did on Tzeentch, but I had used up a lot of the unique colors that make who who exactly.

So going pale/undead seemed to be the best route for Slaanesh. I think it provides plenty of contrast but keeps the traditional Slaanesh colors.

Looking lovely! I've never been a fan of slaaneshi models(I do enjoy Emperor's Children, though), but you've done a beautiful paintjob on them!
