I like it. The Assault Squads are a welcome rarity, and I've always been a fan of Predators. Korvydae is known to lead a fast-moving assault force, and this fits the bill well. Why not see if you can paint these to reflect the forces present during the Raid on Kastoral Novem, with desert terrain and Orky debris on their bases?
Also, most of Korvydae's Assault Marines came from the 8th Company, so use grey or silver as your company colour (which for Raven Guard is applied to the trim on the right pauldron).
However, a fluffy list can still be a formidable one, so I'd have these points of advice for you:
1. As with real military forces, your individual units should have one job, unless they're designated Scouts or drop troops. I'd suggest you have two Assault Squads with Eviscerators and Veteran Sergeants with Power Fists and two with the double Flamers. This'll mean they can focus on one task and be deployed appropriately. Don't let anything go to waste.
2.Give the Predators Autocannons and Heavy Bolters and they'll be able to tear apart units that are too big for your Assault Squads. As it is, they're less effective anti-tank units than your Assault Squads, and your army lacks Crowd Control.
It's really nice to see someone building this kind of thing. Fluffy armies are sorely lacking elsewhere.

Good list snykyninja, I'm a big fan of Korvidae so props to you for including him.
I agree with Spineyguy regarding the Assault squads - you really should focus on one role for each one and gear them accordingly.
Though Preds offer better resilience, I would go with Landspeeders as your support units. Korvidae favours hit and run tactics and his force is often supported by flyers and speeders since they have the speed and manoeuvrability to tag along his assault Marines. Typhoons would be great there and should help quite a bit with crowd control.
Personally, I love Nihilus as a wargear option and it fits the Raven Guard very well. Unfortunately, it often falls short for the price you pay. Keep it if you like it, but if you ever look for a way to scrounge some points, my advice would be to leave this (and the Veteran sergeant upgrade) in the Ravenspire.
Good luck!

Well done sir. A bit more focused than the original. I think the Speeders fit the theme better than Preds.
My personal preference is to arm speeders with Typhoon launchers. (points are a pain but hey, get what you pay for). They make for a great way to pull dick moves and snipe at your opponents armor. Plus you have frags for infantry.
If you keep them as individual units instead of a squadron, it gives you more maneuverability and keeps them from dying off in the case of a chain of wounds and pens.
Hit 'em hard and hit 'em fast Brother Raven.

That looks great. The Assault Squads are much more focussed and optimised. The Speeders are just as good as Predators, and will carry company markings, which will let you tie the army together a bit more.
Personally I like Land Speeder Tornados, rather than Typhoons. An Assault Cannon is a brilliant damage-dealer against just about everything, and will be invaluable in small games.

The Scout Squad of course (no, I'm just effin' with you)
I would put him in with one of the Eviscerators to keep the Squads focused.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Just make sure is in the second rank of the squad, let the others take hits for him.

I know this is an old post but I was looking at this list again recently and the uneven assault squad sizes and the flamer in the larger evicerator squad were irritating me. This is what I've come up with while trying to even it out some. How does this look? CAD Chapter Tactics: Raven Guard HQ - Shadow Captain Korvydae - 155 Troops - Assault Squad (5) - 120 -- Jump Packs, 2x Flamer, Veteran Sergeant (Power Sword) - Assault Squad (5) - 145 -- Jump Packs, Evicerator, Veteran Sergeant (Power Fist) - Assault Squad (5) - 145 -- Jump Packs, Evicerator, Veteran Sergeant (Power Fist) - Scout Squad (5) - 94 -- Camo Cloaks, 4x Sniper Rifle, Veteran Sergeant (Nihilus) Elites - Vanguard Veteran Squad (5) - 145 -- Jump Packs, 4x Power Sword, Sergeant (Power Sword, Storm Shield) Fast Attack - Land Speeder - 65 -- Assault Cannon - Land Speeder - 65 -- Assault Cannon - Land Speeder - 65 -- Assault Cannon ---999
