Built from Betrayal at Calth, a fun infantry-heavy list that will be facing other BaC lists. So the theme I have built for this list is that each squad works around the same targets to destroy the opposition on a squad by squad basis. Open a room, multiple squads fire on the unit inside, force as many wounds as possible and then move to the next target. I have played one game with this list already and I find the play style interesting - though I still think I need some practice to get it working 100% effectively.

Dynat joins the Laernean squad for a +1BS Volkite shooting and excellent close combat ability.
The Tacticals serve as the main anti-infantry component of this list - volume of attacks is key, shoot, charge, extra CCWs force more wounds.
The Contemptor serves as a counter for other BaC dreads and any other high-toughness or armoured units.
The Headhunters take out characters and elite infantry.
Saboteur is mostly around to get the Sabotage attacks, then sit at a control console and open doors, his Volkite Charger is a deterrent.

I'd say ditch coils (you're not really making the most of it's buffs, truth be told), and go for 2 15-man tactical squads kitted out the same way. Makes them more stabby, and makes your army much more flexible since you are not limited to scout or infiltrate thanks to coils.

I'll never be able to repay CA for making GW realize that The Old World was a cash cow, left to die in a field.

That rite of war I would only ever bother with if you were planning to use the part of it where you steal another legions special unit - otherwise no RoW would be better
