Kill Team Weekender (Javorost Skirmish in Hive City Temperis)
Hive City Temperis has been laid siege to for countless years. The city has been turned to ruins of its once majestic buildings. Now there is only war that lives in this city. The end of the power struggle for the city is the faction that wins will claim the city.

Faction divided up:
Force of Imperium: Space marine Codex (Blood Angels, Dark Angels, Space wolves), Grey Knights, Sisters of battle, and Imperial Guard, Skitarii/Admech
Force of Chaos: Chaos Space marines, Daemons, and Traitor Guard
Xenon Froces: Orks, Tau, and Necrons, Tyranids, Eldar and Dark Eldar

***Design note: players with the same faction will not be paired against each other, if possible.***

Kill Team Rules
Point limit: 250

All units must be from the same codex army. No non-slot units may be taken for this event. All forces must have a minimum of 4 non-vehicle models. No formations.
No model may have a base 2+/2++
No model may have more than 3 wounds
No vehicle can have an armor rating of 33 (Add FA+SA+RA= total armor rating)
No Str D weapons

Forge World Units are allowed.

Every man for himself: All models that are bought as a squad, but are treated as 1 model units for the purpose of kill team. This will even include models that are wargear upgrades like Tau Drones and Spacewolves Fenrisian wolves. Model with Independent rule cannot join another model to form a unit. This allows models to move, fire and assault independently.

Transport Vehicles: Dedicated transports can only have models from that unit it was bought for it, up to the max capacity of the transport.

You are on your own: no extra models can be generated by any means during the course of the game. The only models that can be in reserve are Flyers and models with the outflank special rule. Any model that has the Deep Strike Special rule, or a rule that allows them to deep strike, instead of starting in reserve is deployed as normal with the rest of your force.

Psychic Solitude: The Brotherhood of Psykers/Sorcercers special rule has no effect in games of Kill Team.

Break test: If at the start of any turn, if half of your total Kill Team models, rounded up, is removed from the game, each model must take a break test (Leadership test). Start with the leader of the Kill Team. If the Kill Team leader passes their test, all friendly models with in the Kill Team leader’s command range of 6” auto-pass their test. If any models fail, the models leave the battle field. The Special rule “And They Shall Know No Fear” allows models to re-roll their break test. Once a player starts taking break test, their Kill Team force is broken.

Codex exceptions:

Codex: Daemons:- Warp Storm special rule is not used

Codex: Chaos Space Marines: - Champion of Chaos special rule is not used

Codex: Sisters of Battle: Acts of Faith can only be used by the leader and the Act of Faith will only effect models in her command range 6″ (or 12″ with the leader trait).

Codex: Space Marines Chapter Tactics Ultramarines: The Doctorians can be used, but will only effect models that are in the leaders command range 6″ ( or 12″ with the leader trait).

Codex: Space Marines Chapter Tactics Red Scorpions: Sergeant that has been upgraded to an apothecary, gives Feel No Pain (5+) special rule to friendly models that are within the leaders command range of 6″ (or 12″ with the leader trait).

Leader warlord trait: Leader gets to roll on the leader warlord trait table at the beginning of the event.
Specialist models: every Kill Team has 3 Specialist models that are not the Kill Team leader. These are elite fights that are part of your Kill Team. Players will get to pick their specialist bonus rules at the beginning of the event. To forge the narrative for the event, the specialist bonus rules you pick will be their special rules for the whole event. Specialist Bonus are located in the Kill Team ebook.

Missions: All Missions will be from the Kill Team eBook from GW.
