Tank Commanders must be joined by a second Leman Russ, so your list is technically illegal.

Demolishers are good but as Demolisher Cannons are ordinance you can only snap fire your other weapons... and you can't snap fire blast weapons such as Plasma Cannons.

I would drop every upgrade from your Demolishers and just run them with basic hull-mounted Heavy Bolters. Much cheaper, and with the points saved you can buy a second Punisher to join Pask to make your list legal. Pask should have Heavy Bolter sponsons and a hull-mounted Heavy Bolter, along with the Punisher that joins him.

What are your plans for the Librarius Conclave?

That's a pretty good use. In that case I'd take 1 unit of 2 Demolishers as a target for Divination buffs, plus 1-2 solo Leman Russ (whatever variant).

Have you considered the Emperor's Fist Armored Company formation instead? You almost meet the requirements (Tank Commander squadron, 3 Leman Russ squadrons, and 1-3 Enginseers) and the bonuses are very good.

EDIT: Have you thought about using a Hellhammer? I'd be less points than two Demolishers and a Librarius Conclave (540 for the Hellhammer vs 685 for 2 Demolishers + Tiggy Conclave) and have far more offensive output. The Hellhammer has a S10/AP1 7" blast that ignores cover and can be twin-linked thanks to the Co-Axial Autocannon. Just an idea!
