So i'm battling my mates Space Wolves on Tuesday, we don't really do competitive battles so I thought I'd make something up that is a bit mad, lots of fun but can still bring some pain. Trying to keep in the fluff with word bearers too.

I am limited by models as to what I can add in but I will take any and all suggestions!

Herald of Khorne: Locus of fury: 75pts

bloodletters x 16, bloodreaper: 165pts

The Hellcult will swarm the up the middle with the marines at the back. The Chaos lord will join the Apostle and the possessed in the rhino and the two rhinos from the formation will try and flank bringing serious hurt to the flank. The mauler fiend and spawn will rush another flank.

The daemons will support the center field ad the raptors will hop around popping anything they can. This wolves player doesn't run flyers so it's not a worry.


Not very competitive but fluffy and fun! Anyone any suggestions and how to bring the hurt more by adding to this list?

If you want my two cents, i had once thought of running a (competitve) word bearers list with a sorcerer, 2x10 cultists 3x5 nurgle spawn 3 maulerfiends and a cyclopia cabal for daemon summoning. Another list i wanted to run was the cult of slaughter with 3x35 cultists and the other being the brotherhood where i would use 2x20 chaos space marines all footslogging (non-competitve) Just a food for thought Just want to suggest taking off the helcult and the daemons and do the cult of slaughter
