The reason I bought rules and became a real wargamer was because I wanted a properly thought out structure to govern the action instead of just making things up as I went along.
That was from a backer created character tier, and I'm honestly not sure if everyone will get a chance to grab one, or if it was going to be a one off just for that backer.
