Hello
I'm looking to start back in and start around 1000points, I'm going to be playing grey knights, Ultramarines and imperial knights as my army's.
I was wondering what you thought of the below army list would it be legal or am I missing anything that would need to make it viable and how do you thinkniw it might fair in a 1000points game.
Low model count but thought it might be fun.
Ultramarines 248

Sergeant Telion 50

6x Scout, camouflage clocks, sniper rifles, missue luancher = 98
Thunderfire cannon 100
Imperial Knights

If you are playing a bound list you need two troops, as an imperial knight formation/detachment needs a minimum of three Knights, and a CAD for marines needs a minimum of 1 HQ and 2 troops.

First, welcome to Dakka and (at least partially) the Ultramarines.
I’m not up on how Knights deploy, but if Crazyterran above says you need to adjust things, I’d believe him and look into your options.
How competitive are you looking to play? I’m guessing on the upper end, as two knights at 1k points can be a very rough match for many lists.
Of the two lists I like the second one better. While TFCs are very nice, what does it bring to the list that the two knights don’t? You are already tossing pie plates around, so I’d not be worried about anything looking like troops. But the Talon brings some AA to the list, which you otherwise lack.
I’d find the 5 points for the skyhammer missiles though. Probably drop the ML from the scouts if needed.

Thanks for the info, I have reworked the list can you please advise.
10th company task force is my primary, oathsworn is allied.
Imperial Knights are the firepower while the ultramarines are my objective grabbers and light harassment, Telion and snipers will be central on board and till take out special weapons and sergents. Landspeeder storm weapon is flexible think might make points for the auto cannon or just flamer and free up more points to improve the scouts.
