Codex Eldar: Harlequins states "multiple Masques came together to form a Grand Masque"

So my question is how many?

I'm hoping to see this Detachment in the books one day, so what's everyone's thoughts and theories on this? Just multiple masques in 1? A whole new FoC setup maybe with some LoW/SH slots?

I'd imagine a Grand Masque would have an appearance by a certain special someone.(HQ slot?)
