Spiritseer will be in a wave serpent with wraithguard and farseers with some bikes. Thoughts?

You have 3 HQ choices in your CAD. One needs to be dropped for this list to be legal. Also, break up the hornets into 3 squadrons of 1. The new FAQ makes swooping hawks pretty meh since they can now only use 1 grenade in combat. You would probably be better taking more spiders.

He has 4 Troops, so the list could be considered 2 CADs, thus allowing 3 HQs. It just needs to be noted accordingly.

Otherwise, it's a pretty typical Eldar list that everyone will hate, so I'd say keep the Hawks
