Hello Dakka Dakka.

Hope all are well.

Got an event up in August and decided to take my Space Marines.

Now I want to preference, that I need to finish painting the models to form the list, and that I originally did not paint the army, so for that reason it may not be the most competitive list.

The event is also wysiwyg, so some of the loadouts may not be optimal but are what I have available to me.

However I do feel it looks like a fun list which has lots of variation and also takes use of the crimson fist rules and can still do well, practice games start on wed with it.

Anyways enough chatter onto the list, as always feedback is welcome and appreciated .

A couple issues:

The Grav Cents (are obviously awesome), but need a character to tank AP 2 for them -- which your current Libby won't do (to an extent)... the other problem is that if you plan on them borrwoing that drop pod, the termie libby won't fit in there with them. I'd drop him for a captain (or CM) with artificer armor and a storm shield. I like my Cents (especially my CF ones) with MLs instead of HBs, but i guess that's personal preference. I'm not a fan of a min squad of sternguard in a rhino -- i'd either put them in a drop pod (and drop the assault squad to give them some comb-melta), or put them in a razorback -- but if its WYSIWYG then i guess you may be limited. Other than that, what purpose is the Land Raider serving? Only time I see them included is a deilvery device for a smashface CC unit.

Erm to be honest, I am probably the worst when it comes to painting, and due to the short time frame of the event, the land raider is already painted to a great standard.

So it is in there mostly just to fill up pts and add some supporting fire.

I could replace it with a devastator squad, which I also have painted.

but I also just like the land raider model in general.
