Good BatRep, thanks for filming it. To answer your questions, you take all saves (invulnerable or cover) against a D weapon after rolling to see what it is, so on a 2-5 you take saves. Then, for each failed save, roll the d3. Feel no Pain saves can NOT be taken against D weapons however.
