Hi guys, I'm looking at updating my list. WIth all the death stars I think the best counter will be the Culexes followed up by mass fire.

Will this do the job or am I best off with bike spam? Any feedback would be appreciated

I'd go with 2x grav cannons on the devs, as a rhino only allows them to shoot 2 weapons from the fire point, unless your plan is to combat squad them? Other wise I'd go 5 with 2x grav, then dump those points into more bikes with grav.

On the note of bikes, I'd go MSU, 3 bikes with 1 grav each. Gives you more units to contest/cap objectives with, and has less of an impact on you when a bike squad is killed, and helps prevent overkill, however minor it may be with only 2x grav and bolters

Also, what is the termie captain doing? He can't use a rhino, and him being with a combat squad of devs won't do much as he can't tank very many things without the shield eternal. He's only one S8 wound away from death.

Overall I'll just sum up what I'd change:

-drop devs to 2x grav and 5 man
-change the captain to have nothing but the hunter's eye, stick him with the devs in the rhino, or turn him into full on smash fether (or as much as you can), and stick him with khan and a 6man bike squad with 2x grav.
-If you don't go with smashfether, drop bikes to 3x with 1 grav ea
-Personally, I'm not entirely sold on melta units. I'd rather have more grav, as immobilizing most vehicles is good enough, especially if you get that 2nd 6 that will kill most vehicles (however ymmv)
-Culexus is nice, but you don't have a ton of damage output, or the ability to really get him where he needs to go outside of the first turn or so.

Now, that's keeping in the spirit of your list, if you want to be really competitive, either go full gladius or full grav cent deathstar (cad + lib conclave + draigo for gate iirc).

Sorry I should of said that the terminator captain is going with one combat squad of devs.

He gives them relentless, ignores cover and will tank incoming shots at the front of the squad.

The plan is all units scout towards the enemy. captain and dev squad advances and the rest of the army stays hided in their rhinos. 30 Grav-cannon shots with twin linked first turn takes out infantry, Quad mortars shell infantry and scouts and Landspeeders go after Armour. Khan + assassin can assault anything resilient to the grav weapons.

The captain gives SnP iirc, and again, he can't tank very much without a shield eternal (again, 1 S8 wound away from death)

I think you'd be better off with either bike spam, full gladius, or the grav cent deathstar, as the demi company by itself is ok at best (it shines when it gives the 500+ points of free vehicles)

Hi man whats your plan to keep the Culexus Assassin alive whilst keeping him close to the enemy psykers ? Ive been trying to make him work recently in my imperial guard and would like to hear your thoughts. I played some grey knights last weekend and he did work !!! he was awesome my opponent had a big unit of terminators that were trying to be invisible and he just said NO.
