Demi company:
captain with artificer armor and relic blade on bike 155pts
10 man tac squad with heavy bolter and plasmagun combat squading 165pts
5 man tactical squad with plasmagun 85pts
5 man tactical squad with heavy bolter 80pts
5 man dev squad with 2 lascannons and 2 rocket launchers 140pts
Command squad with apothecary and company champion both with storm shields on bikes 175pts
3 attack bikes with multi meltas 150pts
3 rhinos 105pts
Librarius conclave:
Librarian on bike with mastery level 2 110pts
Librarian with mastery level two 90pts
Librarian with mastery level 2 90pts
Auxiliary:
Dreadnought with assault cannon and power fist with built in heavy flamer 120pts
drop pod 35pts
So this is my list at 1500pts for iron hands using the new strike force for iron hands. Let me know what you think and what could make it better. Also, for 2000 I am planning on using a armored task force and upgrading the captain to a chapter master

Looks not bad, Generally get the idea of the Medusa Strike Force. But there is room of improvement. Generally speaking you should consider taking Gorgon'schain on the Captain, while the Command might be better go for shooting instead of choppy. How about this:
Demi Company:
Chapter Master: 255pts
Gorgon's Chain, Bike, Artificer armor, Powerfist and Lightening Claw.
Command Squad: 210pts
Bike, Apothecary, 4 gravguns, Stormshield.
3 x Tactical Squad: 130pts each
5men, melta, combi melta, melta bomb, Droppod (or Rhino)
Devastator Squad: 150pts
4 Lascannon
Land Speeder: 70pts
TML
Honoered Ancient
Dreadnought: 130pts
MM, PF with HF, Droppod
Librarian Conclave
Librarian 105pts
Lvl 2, Mind Forge Stave
Librarian: 90pts
Lvl 2
Librarian: 90pts
Lvl 2
This should be 1490pts now, for the rest 10pts, you could change 2 Tac Squad into plasma Squad, or add some more upgrade like Auspex on those characters.

Although I do agree with most of this, why have a smashy captain with a shooty command squad? It just seems like a waste for him to lug around a power fist and lightning claw with a bunch of grav guns. And dont the grav guns get reduced range seeing how they are moving most turns with the bikes?

Well, generally speaking, you need some tough guy to tank wounds for the Command Squad. Meanwhile, a shooty unit would want a beatstick to defend them from enemy assault unit, if general MCs charged into them, your CM can deal with them well, if you are lucky with the gravguns shots, you may even shoot the WK down to last one two wounds and charge in to finish it off with Powerfist. Only thing to be careful is large hordes with fearless like Conscript backed by perist, Termagant backed by Tervigon, Especially worth noting is full unit of Nurgle Spawn, 15 T6 wounds with fearless will take at least 3 rounds of combat to shrug off.

Bikes get Relentless so they always fire full shots and range on salvo guns.
I've been building a similar list. My command squad is on bikes, 3 grav-guns/storm shields, 1 naked, apothecary. With them I run a Chapter master on bike, artificer armor, gorgon's chain, thunder hammer. I also had conclave with 2 biker Librarians and 1 jump pack Librarian in there, but I'm thinking of dropping them to flesh out my tacticals and devastator squads. If you want to go full deathstar, you need to ally in Sisters of Battle for Saint Celestine. She gives the command squad hit'n'run, which is really useful for shooty star. Last game I spent 6 turns in combat with 2 squads of Necron Wraiths and I would've given my other kidney for hit'n'run.

This is a good list however 1 thing I would change is cut 2 lascannons from the dev squad and get them a rhino and turn the demi company into a stormlance battle demi company for some disembark shoot and re-embark.
