I'm assuming you are running the fists of medusa strike force? If so make the dreadnought your auxiliary and remove the culexus. Then take the vanguard and put them in a shadowstrike kill team the points saved from the culexus will then pay for your scout sqauds this will allow the vanguard to arrive turn 2 and charge this will mean the vanguard will make it into combat. if you give the ironclads drop-pod a homing beacon then the vanguard wont scatter. And on the other flank if they arrive near 2 scout squads they don't scatter as per the formation rules. the razorbacks would likely do better with assault cannons as your list looks pretty good for anti tank. I'd take 1 powerfist for each 5 vanguard so you can definitely hurt tanks or failing that power mauls should do fine. I'd make your demi company a stormlance demi company so your guys can disembark shoot and re-embark and will help give the captain some nice fire support whilst staying safe within the transport.

Thank you however i am not running the fist of medusae (i dont have Clan Ryaukan books and also i dont want the vanguard vets to go up against tanks i want them to be infantry blenders.
something else the jump pack vanguard vets are not deepstriking they are n the board turn 1

An alternative would be to buy the angels of death supplement book it gives all the clan raukan benefits but is much cheaper and still allows the vanguard to go in the formation I said about the vanguard probably don't want to be on the board turn 1 as they will be heavily targeted and they are a good chunk of your points also the fist of medusa strike force isn't actually in clan raukan its in the book I said above. As some extra bonuses models within 12 inches of the captain get +1 to their FNP and vehicles get POTMS (the one land raiders get) the fist of medusa strike force really helps the iron hands so I would advise getting the angels of death book
