Sneaky Striking Scorpion

Hello all.
I have been a silent lurker on this forum for quite some time. Whenever I ran into vague 40k rules, this is where I would search for answers. So I figured I would join after stumbling across your modelling/painting section since it is way less intimidating than coolmini. 
And yes, as the ranking implies, I play Craftworld Eldar.
