I recently noticed a strange inconsistency (nothing new) in one of GWs publications, the Skitarii codex. The map on page 10 shows many principal forge worlds scattered throughout the galaxy, it's great (the codex maps are a great feature of 7th ed codices IMO), but in the Segmentum Solar there are two planets called Voss. One, to the north east of the Segmentum, is right next to Armageddon and gets it's own jazzy little logo, this is Voss Prime. However there is another Voss next to the knight world of Chrysis. What gives people, do you think these two are intended to be considered separate places, or is it a typo on a galactic scale? I personally lean towards the latter...

Side question: has anyone else noticed this, should i perhaps not worry about it so much?

Voss =/= Voss Prime. After a million worlds, you'd get duplicate names, too.
