In friendly games, 2 points tends to not be sooo much of a big deal even though 1 point can buy you a lot in this game.

If you were thinking about playing this "competitively", you'd have to cut 2 points.

This seems like a basic list, so nothing much to note except that Gildor iirc is defense 3 and going to get shotdown quickly.

500:
The list seems pretty basic so not much can be said poorly. Elladan and Elrohir are pretty expensive in 500 points since you can't have them lead different warbands which reduces your efficiency and numbers. You definitely need more than 15-20 elves. I'd think about trying to sneak in a banner and keep as many bows as possible especially if you are not taking cav for support.

Arwen, iirc, suffers from the same problem as Gildor.
