Firstly, sorry if this is the wrong forum. I wasn't sure where to put this post.

Stumbled upon a 6th ed common listed for $5000 because the corner was burned (very likely with a lighter). I love miscut/misprint cards, and have been trading for/buying them for years. I sometimes stumble upon cards that people try to pass off as factory errors, when its obvious they did something with the card after opening. This is by far the funniest.

I shall go through my Star Wars CCG cards and burn 1 in 10 and then sell them on ebay for $5000 each.

I shall then buy a small island or a large goat.

I offered him 1$. He declined. :( lol. I posted the listing on m y FB. Friends there got quite a kick out if it.

For an unplayable card $1 was generous.

Unplayability is key, even if the card is too precious to be played with,
I dont think you would get much for half a black lotus.

At least a BL you could frame and it would be cool. I've seen washer/dryer black lotus' go for 50-150$ because the people buying them were going to frame them, but this is not a BL. Has anyone else offered this guy 1$? lmao.

That's completely ridiculous.

So is it $5k per corner? Cause seems like a bargain to get that for $5k, manufacturing error the other 3 corners and then relist it up at $20k. Take the profit get a black lotus and I'm sure that would be maybe $20k a corner itself for this manufacturing error. Take that $80k, reinvest it into more black lotus and repeat the process for $320k then use all that to make a full foil deck for standard.
