Here is a list I am planning on using, an alternate version had Kharn with berserkers in the Storm Eagle, as it is an assault flyer (it also had DS, however you cannot assault after coming in from reserve, and the flyer must be in hover in order to disembark)

Plan is to have the chosen, 2 sorcerers and one unit of cultists (one sorcerer with each squad) in the Storm Eagle, so that it can come in from reserves and deploy the troops where they are needed. The other cultists will be camping an objective or staying semi back in order to slow down any assault units while the sicarans deal with any jinking units or light vehicles. Once the heldrakes come in, they will be targeting any MEQ or large groups of infantry. All sorcerers will take from telepathy so they can shriek.

What do you think? Should I change anything?

I would ditch the chosen and put your cabal on bikes and increase master lvls.
