Hi all.

So, tinkering on a list that I am building at the moment and have come up with this, rather cheap list. The question is, is it any good?

The Idea is to drop in the units for a very strong alpha strike with the goal of killing ap2/3 as fast as possible. I have the option of both an alpha and a beta strike and some durability with 5o marines on the table.
The bolter drill will help with the sternguards both in killing power but also in survivability of the gets hot round. As is set up, I can either deploy sternguards for anti infantry or monstreous creatures or my tactical for anti tank.
My sternguards will also be quite killy in melee since Pedros aura give them +1 attack so I will get to roll ork dice in close combat. He will also give the Sternguards objective secured. As such, every ground unit of my army will be able score.
The Stormravens are just a good unit that I think will fill some of the gaps of this list.
All in all, I can deal with hordes with the heavy flamers, monsterous creatures with the combi gravs and poison shots, heavy vehicles with the melta and flyers and medium vehicles with the Stormravens.


So what do you guys think?
